BSTI – a business specializing in environmental assessment, remediation and consulting services – is proud to announce national certification as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBEC), a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

“Paired with our Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) certification, BSTI is excited by the opportunities to which these certifications grant access. We are pleased to be joining a mutually-beneficial community that connects federal agencies with women-owned small businesses,” said Debbie Kollmeier, President of BSTI.

WBENC, the leading advocate for and authority on WBEs for the nation’s corporations, is a third-party certifier of the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) WOSB Federal Contract Program. WBENC’s national standard of certification, implemented by the WBEC, is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.
