"COME WHAT MAY, ALL BAD FORTUNE IS TO BE CONQUERED BY ENDURANCE” - VIRGIL
I grew up in Landenberg, Pennsylvania, where my love for the environment began at an early age. Whether I was exploring the creeks of the White Clay Creek Preserve or trying to catch crawfish and snapping turtles at my grandmother's farm in Maryland, nature was always my playground. I vividly remember my dad joking that if a snapping turtle bit you, it wouldn’t let go until nightfall. These childhood experiences ignited a passion for the natural world. This passion continued in my formative years where I achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.

I will always remember the moment in ninth grade when I decided to turn my environmental interests into a professional pursuit. It happened during a biology lesson when my teacher showed us the BBC series Planet Earth. As the first episode ended, I knew that working with and understanding the environmental world was what I wanted to do.
I pursued this path at McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland, where I earned my degree in Environmental Science. My studies were focused on the intersection of science, government policy, and regulations, which gave me a solid foundation in understanding the complexities of state and federal environmental regulations. After completing my undergraduate degree, I furthered my education with a Master of Science in Earth and Environmental Science at Montclair State University in New Jersey, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with a fantastic group of professors focused on the field of hydrogeology.
In 2019, I began my career in the environmental industry at a firm in Pennsylvania, where I learned from experienced leaders, primarily focused on Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and due diligence projects. In early 2025, I made the exciting decision to join BSTI as a Project Manager after connecting with their incredible team, where I’m looking forward to continuing my professional growth and contributing to impactful environmental work.
When I’m not working, I like spending quality time with family and friends. I enjoy watching sports, especially football (go Birds!), soccer, and racing. When I have the chance, I enjoy getting outdoors and exploring local trails.
